Supporting genuine room types instead of workarounds for multi-inventory listings.

You can create a room type and assign multiple properties to it, then link the room type with the corresponding room type on Booking.com. This way, when a new reservation comes in, it will be allocated to one of the properties within the room type, while the room type automatically calculates the latest remaining inventory and synchronizes it with Booking.com.

In addition to Booking.com, we are also compatible with all platforms that support multi-inventory listing/room type.

Airbnb multi-inventory

Activate the multi-inventory feature for your Airbnb listings.

When you link a room type with an Airbnb listing, the listing activates the multi-inventory mode, with the default inventory quantity matching the number of properties within the room type.

When a guest makes a reservation for your listing, it won't immediately close, but rather remains open until the inventory reaches zero. If you have multiple properties with similar styles, this approach allows you to avoid creating multiple listings and scattering reviews.
